All room rates include a $25/per person full breakfast for two (included in room rate). Breakfast not included when entire house is rented out. Rooms “Q”, “U”, and “A” are upstairs with decks, ocean views and private baths. Cabin “C” is the smallest room attached to the side with a glass breezeway and has a semi-private bath (not attached to the room). Suite “K” is on the ground level and has a fireplace, private bath and entry, stone walls, sitting room with futon counch and “frontyard”.

There is a 5.7% room tax, 6.25% food tax, 15% reservation service (if used), 3% credit card charge, and $20 for a 3rd person in the room, $15 each child under 10. 6% of the room without tax or food goes to the Town of Aquinnah.
